DESIGN:

BS-CN carbon fiber fabric wrapping design must be designed by a design professional. The number of layers, dimensions, and detailing of BS-CN shall be designed in accordance with recognized design guidelines/codes. APPLICATION:

1.For surface preparation remove the coating of concrete surface with grinder. Polishing the Surface. If there is angular, grinder it into round.

2.Get the concrete surface clean and keep it dry, then setting out

3.Apply epoxy putty (BS-PT 120) for repairing and leveling if needed.

4.Apply epoxy primer (BS-ER 120) onto the surface of the concrete.

5.Cut the carbon fiber fabric into sizes as designed.

6. Weight and mixing adhesive according to ratio. Stirring the adhesive until the color is even. Avoid air bubble in this process.

7. Apply epoxy adhesive (BS-ER 180) onto the surface of the concrete when primer adhesive is touch dry. (If primer is not required, impregnated adhesive can be applied directly.)

8. Apply carbon fiber fabric onto the concrete surface as designed. Leveling the surface from one end to another

9. Apply epoxy adhesive (BS-ER 180) again. Make sure the adhesive impregnate fully into the fabric. The surface flat and no air bubble. Repeat above process from cutting carbon fiber if applying two or more layers.

Storage & Handling: Store the material in a cool place away from direct sunlight or any source of ignition and fire. Keep away from the reach of children in a well ventilated place.

Health & Safety Precautions: Wear protective glove, goggles, and nose masks while handling and using the material. In case of splashes on the skin and contact with eyes wash thoroughly with plenty of water. In case of ingestion and inhalation remove the personnel to fresh air. Seek medical advice in all the above cases. The disposal of excess or spilled material shall be carried out in accordance with local regulations.
